Refund and cancellation policy

You can watch the full preview free before you pay, so you know exactly what you're buying.

When you get a full refund

• Your page doesn't work (it won't open or play) and we can't fix it within 24 hours of you telling us.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Money left your account but no link was created and we can't create it for you.
• A custom song can't be generated after all retries, or isn't delivered within 24 hours of you approving the lyrics (or you can choose a free new attempt).
• A link extension that doesn't bring your link back.

How to ask

Write to support@wishmoji.com or use the contact form with your order number or payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

What isn't refunded

Changing your mind after the link is created, disliking a song after it has been generated from lyrics you approved, or a page removed for breaking our terms. You can edit your film free for 7 days, and get one free new version of a song with the same lyrics.
