Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use Wishmoji, run by Wishmoji, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal (“we”). By making or paying for a film you agree to them.

The service

You make a personalised animated page (a “film”) from your words, photos and optional voice note, preview it free, and pay once to get a private link you can share. A film costs ₹199 and its link stays live for 6 months. Extras are added only if you use them in your film: more photos (11 to 25) (₹50), voice note (₹50), secret question (₹50). Prices are shown in full before you pay. There is no subscription.

Your account

You can make and preview a film without an account. To pay, you sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to that number: it is how you find your films later.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to buy a film or song.

Your content

• You keep the rights to what you upload. You allow us to store it and show it to anyone with your link, only to provide the service.
• Upload only photos, words and recordings you have the right to share, of people who would be happy to see them.
• No explicit or sexual content, harassment, threats, hate, or pretending to be someone else.
• We may remove a page that breaks these rules, including after a report from its recipient, without a refund.

Edits, links and expiry

You can edit your film free for 7 days after paying, and hide or show the link at any time from your account. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it carefully. When the link ends its content is deleted after a short grace period, during which you can extend it for ₹49.

AI help and custom songs

“Write it for me” and custom songs use AI models from third-party providers. Read and edit AI drafts before you send them. Custom songs are AI-generated, for personal use, and may not be resold or published commercially.

Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: a full refund if your page doesn't work and we can't fix it within 24 hours.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the film or song concerned.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in North 24 Parganas have jurisdiction.
